The pre-appointment consultation can take place in the salon in Milan or via video call on WhatsApp, depending on your preferences.

During this consultation, we'll assess the initial condition of your scalp and hair to select the best services to perform in the salon, ensuring you achieve your desired results. This assessment allows us to prepare everything you need for your appointment (as many of our services require preparation the day before) and organize your schedule more precisely, ensuring you receive maximum care and relaxation.

In addition to choosing the services best suited to you, during your consultation, we'll provide you with a personalized quote. Once you accept the quote, which is valid for 30 days, we'll schedule an appointment at our salon in Milan or via video call.
