After a long search for the perfect hair salon, I finally found this wonderful place. They completely exceeded my expectations, dedicating themselves 100% to both my cut and my moisturizing treatment. Being pregnant, it was essential for me to find a place that used natural products without sacrificing quality, and they definitely succeeded. Unlike other salons, they prepared my moisturizing treatment on the spot with 100% natural ingredients, and even showed me how they mixed the mixture (I've attached a photo). They performed my cut with so much dedication and attention to detail. It was a wonderful change and, above all, a true treat.

Happy to have discovered this place! I tried two services, a color touch-up and a cut, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the results. I had never tried herbal coloring before, and besides the fact that it lasted very well, they explained to me clearly and in detail how it works and how it differs from more "chemical" coloring, which I really appreciated. The cut was also done perfectly: I had only asked for the ends to be trimmed and the most damaged ones removed, and my request not to shorten the length too much was fully respected. Recommended!

Excellent hairdresser! Nothing to envy from high-end traditional hairdressers. The staff is courteous and attentive to requests. Carmen, the color stylist, is excellent, and Karolina, the owner of the salon/shop, is a wonderful person. I also took my 10-year-old daughter for a haircut and she was thrilled; Iole cuts her hair beautifully. I had my hair highlighted and then had my hair color balanced. Impeccable work. It's not cheap, but the prices are comparable to high-end traditional hairdressers. If you want a hairdresser who uses herbal dyes, this is definitely the place!

I went to this salon because I wanted natural highlights and clearly specified that I didn't want streaks or patches. Unfortunately, the result wasn't at all what I'd asked for, and in some areas, my hair was bleached too much, to the point of breaking. When it came time to pay, I was charged €180 and only got a €30 discount despite being visibly dissatisfied. I explained that it wasn't what I'd asked for, but they became defensive, saying "that's just the way the product works." I left feeling very disappointed and had to go to another salon to have it fixed, where the hairdresser showed me the damage and explained she couldn't completely fix it. I contacted the salon again asking for a reasonable refund, since I'd had to spend more money to fix the damage. They offered to come back to have it redone, but I declined because I feared the situation would get worse. After several exchanges of messages, the owner agreed to refund me 50%, but never sent me the refund. He later told me he was on vacation in August and then stopped responding. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but in this case it seemed very unfair and unprofessional, so I thought it was important to share my experience.

I'm really satisfied. My hair was very dry and damaged. I'd made a mistake with red henna and wanted to remove that color. I wanted to try their herbal dye blends, and the result was exactly what I'd hoped for. I also tried the hydrating mask and oxygen treatment, and my hair now has more body and shine. I'll definitely be back. They're very professional.

A great experience, definitely worth trying. All-natural treatments, and after eight days, my hair is still clean, silky, and has a vibrant color. The treatment is a bit long, but in the meantime, you can enjoy a delicious herbal tea and be in great company. The prices are truly fair, the advice is helpful for at-home treatments, and to top it off, a welcome gift. I'll definitely be back.

I'm 48 years old with lots of gray hair 😅 and a problem with dyes. My hair is getting damaged day after day, my scalp itches, and I feel pins and needles when I put my head on the pillow. (Basically a disaster) For the first time, I tried your herbal dyes... I really liked them, the color is beautiful, and after washing them, they still look great. I recommend them!!!!

An extremely pleasant and informal environment where competence and professionalism are combined with friendliness and a desire to do things truly well. It was truly wonderful to discuss with Antonella what was best for my hair, and it was surprising, even though it was very demanding and laborious for her, to see the magic of what was planned come to fruition before my very eyes. In Karolina, I also found someone who listens and knows how to give the right advice, as well as being very empathetic and attentive to the needs of those who visit her salon. I was truly pampered throughout the entire treatment, and I want to continue to be followed by them for my hair care. For now, I'm ruling out a haircut because I have my own trusted person, but I don't rule out gaining trust in Antonella with scissors in hand in the future.
